Welcome to the PostPro website (the "Site"). We respect our users' privacy and take the protection of the personal information you share with us seriously. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored, used, and sometimes shared. Using the Site constitutes agreement to this privacy policy.
1. What information we collect
While using the service, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account details: business name, contact name, phone and email.
- Publishing details: the content of the posts you publish, your list of groups, and your Facebook account details.
- WhatsApp messages: whoever wrote to our bot and what they wrote, including whoever booked a training session.
- Technical information: IP address, for security and load management.
- Real-estate brokers only: also leads the system finds for them in Facebook groups (see section 4).
2. Purposes of use
The information collected is used to provide the service, contact users, coordinate training calls, keep accounts safe, and comply with legal requirements. For real-estate broker accounts, the information is also used to find leads (inquiries) and share them with other brokers in the same city.
3. Use of cookies
The Site uses essential cookies only, for logging into the system and normal operation of the Site. We do not use measurement or advertising cookies. You may block cookies in your browser settings, though this may impair some of the Site's functions.
4. Disclosure to third parties
The Site will not sell or rent users' personal information. Information is transferred to third parties only to provide the service: infrastructure and operations providers such as Amazon Web Services; AI providers such as Anthropic, for writing and classification; Google, for writing and sign-in; Meta/WhatsApp, to operate the bot; and mailing, storage and backup services. Information is transferred only for the purposes of the relevant services.
For real-estate broker accounts only, the system finds information about inquiries from Facebook groups and shares them with other brokers active in the same city, to help them find these inquiries too.
5. Information security
We use reasonable and accepted security measures to protect personal information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse or exposure. However, absolute security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
6. Data retention
Information is retained as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. A lead from scanning is removed from the service screen within about 60 days of collection; copies in backups are deleted in the regular backup cycle.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, every user may review the information held about them, request its correction or deletion, and request removal from mailing lists. Requests on this matter can be sent using the details in section 11 of the terms of use. Anyone whose information we have collected may request its deletion, even without a PostPro account, using the contact details in section 11 of the terms.
8. Marketing communications
We send service messages only (email verification, password reset, notification of a new inquiry, training-call reminder). If we begin sending marketing content, we will do so only with your consent, and every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.
9. Changes to this policy
PostPro management may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Site and take effect upon publication.
